The Home-Connect standard terms and conditions apply to this promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise. These terms are available at www.home-connect.co.za.
Promotion Details:
- The Summer promotion is valid from 10TH October 2025 – 31ST December 2025.
- This offer is available exclusively to new customers on the Vumatel, Openserve, Web connect, Frogfoot, Zoom Fibre, Metrofibre, Octotel, and Balwin networks.
- This offer is exclusively available on selected packages on selected networks.
- Applications must be submitted by 31st December 2025, with Promo Code: SUMMER26 entered under the promo code to qualify.
- Existing Home-Connect customers do not qualify for this
- Customers who sign up outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the discounted pricing.
- Customers who sign up during the promotional period on Vumatel, Openserve, Web connect, Frogfoot, Zoom Fibre and MetroFibre will receive discounted pricing for 3 months from activation. After this period, pricing will revert to the standard retail prices at the time.
- Customers who sign up during the promotional period on the Octotel network will receive a 1 month free and discounted pricing for 12 months from activation. After this period, pricing will revert to the standard retail prices at the time.
- The Home-Connect fibre service remains month-to-month, with standard terms
- Annual CPI increases apply to this promotional
- Packages are subject to availability and area, based on coverage for the specified
Cancellation & Service Transfers:
- The standard Home-Connect cancellation process Customers may cancel at any time by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice via the Home-Connect online portal: https://portal.home-connect.co.za. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
- Fibre services may be moved to an alternative address at no additional cost; however, promotional pricing will no longer apply if the service is

- Home-Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are encouraged to regularly visit the Home-Connect website for updates on products, services, and promotions.
