The Home-Connect standard terms and conditions apply to this promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise. These terms are available at www.home-connect.co.za.
Promotion Details:
- The Summer promotion is valid from 10TH October 2025 – 31ST December 2025.
- This offer is available exclusively to new customers on the Vumatel, Openserve, Web connect, Frogfoot, Zoom Fibre, Metrofibre, Octotel, and Balwin networks.
- This offer is exclusively available on selected packages on selected networks.
- Applications must be submitted by 31st December 2025, with Promo Code: SUMMER26 entered under the promo code to qualify.
- Existing Home-Connect customers do not qualify for this
- Customers who sign up outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the discounted pricing.
- Customers who sign up during the promotional period on Vumatel, Openserve, Web connect, Frogfoot, Zoom Fibre and MetroFibre will receive discounted pricing for 3 months from activation. After this period, pricing will revert to the standard retail prices at the time.
- Customers who sign up during the promotional period on the Octotel network will receive a 1 month free and discounted pricing for 12 months from activation. After this period, pricing will revert to the standard retail prices at the time.
- The Home-Connect fibre service remains month-to-month, with standard terms

Cancellation & Service Transfers:
- The standard Home-Connect cancellation process Customers may cancel at any time by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice via the Home-Connect online portal: https://portal.home-connect.co.za. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
- Fibre services may be moved to an alternative address at no additional cost; however, promotional pricing will no longer apply if the service is
General Terms:
- Home-Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are encouraged to regularly visit the Home-Connect website for updates on products, services, and promotions.
1. Eligibility
- New Connections Only: This offer is exclusive to new installations and reconnections, on the Vumatel network through Home Connect.
- ISP Limitation: The offer is valid for customers signing up through Home Connect only.
2. Promotional Period
- New Orders and Reconnections: Eligible between 29 November 2024 (00:00) and 6 December 2024 (23:00).
3. Offer Details
- The promotion includes an alternative Black Friday Rate Card, offering discounted monthly rates on specific packages for up to 12 months from the date of activation.
- Rate Lock: Rates on Black Friday promotional products are locked and will not increase from 29 November 2024 to 30 November 2025.
- Upgrade/Downgrade Restrictions: For new customers, any upgrade or downgrade to the chosen package during the promotional period will result in forfeiting the promotional pricing, and the service will revert to standard rates.

5. Order Submission
- Orders must be completed within the specified promotional periods. Orders outside these dates will not be eligible for the Black Friday rates.
6. Post-Promotional Period
- After the 12-month promotional period, the service will transition to the equivalent standard month-to-month package at the then-current rate.
- Standard pricing and business terms, including any applicable price adjustments, will apply after the promotional period.
7. Price Guarantee
- No price increases will be applied to Black Friday promotional packages between 29 November 2024 and 30 November 2025.
8. General
- All standard Home Connect terms and conditions apply to this offer.
- This offer is subject to Vumatel network availability in the customer’s area.
- By applying for the Black Friday offer, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and all other applicable Home Connect policies.
