The Home-Connect standard terms and conditions are applicable to these terms and conditions unless explicitly mentioned within the Home-Connect terms and conditions. These standard terms and conditions are available at www.home-connect.co.za

  • The promotional offer will be made available from the 20 November 2023 to the 27 November 2023. Only orders placed within this period with Vumatel will be eligible.
  • This promotional offer is available to new customers on the Vumatel Core Network only.
  • Existing customers do not qualify for this promotion.
  • Anyone who signs up outside of that period will not be eligible for the promotional package price.
  • The promotional offering is a two-month free line rental, where pro-rata invoices are applicable after the free period and discounted Black Friday rates.
  • The 25/25 product does not have a two-month free line rental offering.
  • The Black Friday rates are not available for regrades i.e. Upgrades or Downgrades.
  • Home-Connect fibre service is available on a month-to-month basis (Terms and Conditions for Home-Connect Month-to-Month Contract applicable).
  • Annual CPI increases are applicable to this promotional product.

Home-Connect normal cancellation process will apply. You may terminate the Service Order at any time by giving Home Connect 1 FULL calendar months’ notice (not 30 days). All cancellations must be processed via the Home Connect online portal using your login credentials: https://portal.home-connect.co.za. Our Operations team will process your request and will email you confirmation of the cancellation acceptance.

Your fibre service can be moved to an alternative address at no additional cost.

Home-Connect reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue this promotional offer, without notice to the customer.

The customer must visit Home-Connect website regularly for notices, updates and/or changes to products/services and promotions.

  • This promotional offer is available to new customers on the Balwin Network and applications need to be created and activated by the 30 November 2022 to qualify
  • Existing customers (Home-Connect and Balwin Fibre) do not qualify for this promotion
  • Anyone who signs up outside of that period will not be eligible for the promotional package price.
  • This offer is only available for customers who sign up on the Balwin Fibre Network
  • Customer who signs up during the promotional period will qualify for a 25Mbps/25Mbps at R199 for 12 months. At the end of the 12-month period the pricing will revert to the standard prices
  • Home-Connect fibre service is available on a month-to-month basis (Terms and Conditions for Home-Connect Month-to-Month Contract applicable).
