5. Order Submission
- Orders must be completed within the specified promotional periods. Orders outside these dates will not be eligible for the Black Friday rates.
6. Post-Promotional Period
- After the 12-month promotional period, the service will transition to the equivalent standard month-to-month package at the then-current rate.
- Standard pricing and business terms, including any applicable price adjustments, will apply after the promotional period.
7. Price Guarantee
- No price increases will be applied to Black Friday promotional packages between 29 November 2024 and 30 November 2025.
8. General

Eligibility:
- Available exclusively for new installations and reconnections on the Octotel network.
- Customers switching from other Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are not eligible.
- Existing Home Connect customers on different packages cannot switch to the 100Mbps Black Friday package during this promotion.
Offer Details:
- 1 free month of service, applied to the initial pro-rata invoice upon connection.
- 100Mbps symmetrical speed (equal upload and download speeds) for an enhanced internet experience.
Contract and Billing:
- First month free, covering the initial pro-rata invoice.

Zoom Flex | Mukuru Promotion
All participants are and will be bound by the terms and conditions as set out herein:
Who may enter
The competition is open to new Home-Connect customers (on any package) provided that the customer is at least 18 years old (as at the date of entry) and use Mukuru as a payment option. This competition is only applicable to customers who reside in Zoom Flex areas. Visit Home-Connect coverage map for confirmation of Zoom Flex areas.
Who may not enter
Directors, officers, members, partners, shareholders, employees, advisors, contractors and consultants of Home-Connect or Mukuru and any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Home-Connect or Mukuru, as well as any person who supplies goods or services to Home-Connect or Mukuru in connection with the competition, and all of the aforementioned persons’ immediate family members and life partners, may not enter the competition and shall not be eligible to be selected as the winner of the competition.
How to enter
1. New customers – Sign up on the Zoom Flex Network and use Mukuru as a payment option and be entered into a lucky draw to win 1 of 40 Takealot Vouchers valued at R400.00 each.
2. Existing customers – Will go into a lucky draw
Competition period
The competition starts on the 1st November 2024 at 0h00 and ends at 23h59 on 31st December 2024.
Prize
1. 40 customers will win 1 of 40 Takealot Vouchers valued at R400.00 each.
2. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
3. Vouchers will be sent via WhatsApp and SMS.

Draw and notification of winner
1. 5 winners will be randomly selected on the on the 12th ,19th ,26th of November 2024, the 3rd, 10th 17th, 24th of December 2024 and 7th of January 2025. The draw will be audited, and there will only be 40 winners.
2. If the winner does not respond and claim the prize within 2 days of the date of the draw, Home-Connect reserves the right to draw a replacement winner. Any such replacement draw will be audited.
3. In addition to the above, the winner will also have to comply with any other reasonable validation procedures as may be required by Home-Connect to claim the prize
4. Home-Connect will use its reasonable efforts to contact the winner telephonically, by calling the contact number that the customer has indicated on the Home-Connect portal. Vouchers will be sent via WhatsApp and sms to the prize winner.
5. If Home-Connect is unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts to do so as set out above, or if the winner does not claim the prize within 2 days of the date of the draw, then that person’s entry and right to win the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and waived, and Home-Connect may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of remaining participants. Any such replacement draw will be audited.
6. Following the draw on the announcement dates, the name of the winner will be announced on Home-Connect’s and Mukuru’s various Social Media Platforms.
7. By entering the competition, each participant (and the prize winner in particular) gives Home-Connect and Mukuru the right to publish the prize winner’s name and photograph in any advertising and/or promotional material or event, on Home-Connect’s and Mukuru’s Social Media Platforms, in any print media, at any point of sale and/or in any public relations material. The nature and manner of such releases will be determined within the sole discretion of Home-Connect an Mukuru. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent for any personal information being shared publicly, and this won’t prejudice their chance of winning.
General
1. By entering the competition, each participant grants Home-Connect and Mukuru the right to process his/her personal information and to validate his/her entry. No entry will be considered valid until such validation process has taken place.
2. Each participant warrants, represents and undertakes that the information provided by them in connection with the competition is accurate, correct, and complete. Without limitation, any of the following acts on the part of a participating – dishonesty, misrepresentation, fraud, identity theft and the like – shall result in an immediate disqualification and forfeiture of such participant’s entry. If the prize winner is found to have committed any of the acts, the draw will be declared void and will result in a further draw being held and a new winner being announced. Home-Connect and Mukuru shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable to any participant in respect of any damages and/or losses of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising which a participant may suffer because of the draw being declared void for any of the abovementioned reasons.
3. If the winner is a person who is not eligible to have entered the competition, for any reason whatsoever, then Home-Connect or Mukuru will invalidate the entry, and will draw a new winner. Any such replacement draw will be audited.
4. The prize must be collected by the prize winner on such date and at such place as is determined by Home-Connect in its sole discretion. Home-Connect and Mukuru are not and will not be liable for any costs (of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising) incurred or to be incurred by the winner in claiming or utilizing the prize. The prize winner indemnifies Home-Connect and Mukuru accordingly.
5. All risk in and to, and benefit and ownership of, the prize shall pass to the winner on the date specified by Home-Connect for the collection thereof (notwithstanding that the winner may not collect the prize on such date).
6. At the end of the competition, all Home-Connect’s and Mukuru’s obligations of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising regarding the competition as well as regarding the prize shall automatically terminate.
7. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the competition and/or these terms and conditions, Home-Connect’s and Mukuru’s decision will be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Home-Connect and Mukuru is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entry or participant if it, acting reasonably, believes there has been any irregular, fraudulent or mala fide conduct by, or on behalf of, such participant, and Home-Connect and Mukuru will not be obliged to notify participants of entries that are rejected.
9. Home-Connect may refuse to award the prize if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities, mala fide or fraudulent practices by, or on behalf of, any person claiming the prize.
10. The competition is also subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, Home-Connect’s and Mukurus existing terms and conditions applicable to the use of its products and services.
11. If the competition is held to be or becomes unlawful or if Home-Connect or Mukuru is required by the Minister of Trade and Industry or the National Consumer Commission or the Internet Service Providers’ Association or any other governmental and/or regulatory authority to alter any aspect of the competition, then to the full extent permitted by law, Home-Connect and Mukuru reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition immediately and without notice, in which event all participants agree to waive (and shall be deemed to have waived) any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and all participants accept (and shall be deemed to have accepted) that Home-Connect shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable to or have any liability towards any participants, and each participant indemnifies Home-Connect and Mukuru accordingly.
12. Home-Connect and Mukuru reserves the right to amend the details of and pertaining to this competition, in which event these terms and conditions shall be amended accordingly.
13. Home-Connect and Mukuru reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. In such event, each participant agrees to waive (and shall be deemed to have waived) any rights of whatsoever nature it may have in terms of the competition, and each participant accept (and shall be deemed to have accepted) that Home-Connect and Mukuru shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable to or have any liability towards any participants arising from or in connection with such cancellation or suspension, and each participant indemnifies Home-Connect and Mukuru accordingly.
14. Under no circumstances will Home-Connect or Mukuru be liable to any participant for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages of whatsoever nature (including for any loss of business opportunities, loss of profits and/or loss of anticipated savings).
Limitation of liability
To the full extent permitted by law:
1. Home-Connect and Mukuru is not and shall not be liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the competition. Home-Connect and Mukuru, its associated companies, agents, contractors and any of its personnel involved in this competition, assume and shall have no liability of whatsoever nature for any direct or indirect loss or damage, death or injury arising from or in any way associated with participation in the competition or from using the prize or for any loss or damage, death or injury howsoever arising.
2. Home-Connect and Mukuru assumes and shall have no liability of whatsoever nature arising from or in connection with any entry that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever.
3. Home-Connect and Mukuru may in its sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendment shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and condition on the website www.Home-Connect.co.za
Super Speed Up Promotion | SUPER24

- This promotional offer is available to customers on the Metrofibre Network in specified areas only.
- Applications need to be created by the 31 March 2025 with Promo Code SUPER24 added under the re-seller code to qualify.
- Anyone who signs up outside of that period will not be eligible for the promotional package price.
- Customers that sign up during the promotion period will qualify for a discount and speed upgrades for up to 12 months from the date of activation. At the end of this period, prices and packages will revert to the original package and prevailing prices at the end of the 12-month period.
