When the promotion is valid

Networks, packages & new clients only
- This offer is available exclusively to new clients on the Openserve, Metrofibre, Zoom Fibre, Evotel, Vumatel, Frogfoot, Octotel and Celerity networks.
- This offer is exclusively available on selected packages on selected networks.
- Existing Home-Connect clients do not qualify for this promotion.
- Packages are subject to availability and area, based on coverage for the specified network.

How to qualify
Application deadlines & promo codes
- Applications must be submitted by 31 March 2026, with Promo Code: ANNIVERSARY entered under the promo code to qualify.
- Applications must be submitted by 30 April 2026, with Promo Code: ANNIVERSARY1 entered under the promo code to qualify.

Discount duration
How long the promo pricing lasts
- Clients who sign up during the promotional period on Openserve, Metrofibre and Zoom Fibre receive discounted pricing for 2 months from activation. Thereafter pricing reverts to standard retail prices at the time.
- Clients who sign up during the promotional period on Vumatel, Frogfoot, Octotel and Celerity receive discounted pricing for 3 months from activation. Thereafter pricing reverts to standard retail prices at the time.
- Clients who sign up during the promotional period on Evotel receive discounted pricing for 6 months from activation. Thereafter pricing reverts to standard retail prices at the time.

Cancellations & transfers
Notice period and moving your service
- The Home-Connect fibre service remains month-to-month, with standard terms.
- Customers may cancel at any time by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice via the Home-Connect online portal: https://portal.home-connect.co.za. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
- Fibre services may be moved to an alternative address at no additional cost; however, promotional pricing will no longer apply if the service is transferred.

CPI increases and programme changes
- Annual CPI increases apply to this promotion.
- Home-Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
