Promotions and referral programme.
Log in to the Home-Connect portal and use your unique referral link. Your friend must sign up using that link.
Once the order is installed and the account is marked Active, the referral qualifies.

with the service successfully activated and marked Active.
No. There is no referral cap — you can refer as many people as you like. Each referral must qualify independently.
Getting started.
Log in to the Home-Connect portal and open the Refer-a-Friend section. Your unique referral link will be shown there.
Confirm your friend used your referral link from start to finish. If they sign up without the link, the system can’t attribute the referral.
The referrer must be an active Home-Connect customer in good standing. The referred friend must be a new customer (not currently active).
Rewards and payout.
Payouts are processed monthly and are paid by the 5th of the following month once the referral is active and verified.
